Everyone is invited to submit sponsorship spots for this year. A link to sponsor's home page can also be submitted with spot.

1. DOUG may reject or omit any sponsorship spot when the space allocated to available spots in a particular month has all been taken.
   
2. The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DOUG, it's officers and members for all losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from any claim for infringement of the rights of third parties based upon publication of the advertising in questions.
   
3. No terms and conditions for any sponsorship spot other than those stated herein shall be binding on DOUG, except with it's explicit written consent.
   
4. DOUG shall have no responsibility or liability for any materials sent it by any sponsor nor for any errors in any sponsorship spot form, size, wording, illustration, typography, or any other matter.
   
5. Subject matter, form, size, wording shall be subject to the approval of DOUG. DOUG has the right to reject or omit any sponsorship spot which it considers unsuitable for any reason.
